Consulting Services

Scope of Services:

This invoice reflects professional consulting and guidance services provided by Yukawa Collective, LLC, DBA SageVault Consulting. These services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals in those fields.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before services will be initiated. Services will not begin until the invoice is paid in full. Payment is due within 10 business days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

For scheduled sessions, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate. Rescheduling is permitted once per engagement with no penalty.

Confidentiality:

SageVault Consulting respects your privacy. All personal and estate-related information shared during the course of our work will remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or you grant written permission.

Client Responsibility:

The client is responsible for all decisions made based on the guidance provided. SageVault Consulting shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from actions taken independently by the client or third parties.
